Sewer Line Inspections

  1. Tree Roots
    Aggressive Tree Roots can break into your pipe lines in their natural quest for food and water.   2. Broken Tiles

  3. Faulty Mortar Connections

  4. Inline Traps

  5. Negative Grade Sloping

  6. Pipe Sagging

As the solids build up in this pooling area, pipe rot at mortar connections could occur as well as future clogs at integral sections of the piping unit.
  7. Offset Joints
    Offset Joints are where the plumber in stalling the pipe went from a larger sized pipe to a smaller sized pipe and created a lip where solid wastes were able to be seized, causing the future build up of more wastes leading to future repeated clogs. This is also an area where running water may, over time, wear away the mortar connections.
  8. Pipe Cracks
    Cracks in the Piping probably don't need any explanation as to why they're not good to have. Firstly, the compromise the overall integrity of the entire drainage piping system as a whole. They also allow weak areas for larger breaks and root intrusion to occur. Catching cracks early are vital to keeping down repair costs in the future.
